How to Cancel Your Internet Service Provider

Do you need to cancel your current Internet Service Provider (ISP) account? Don't cancel it just yet! First, you'll need to find a cheap dial up Internet Service Provider. By setting up your new Internet account prior to cancelling the old one, you'll have the convenience of emailing everyone your new email address.

After choosing a new Internet Service Provider, you can then proceed to cancel your old account. The following information is to help you quickly and easily cancel your current ISP. Make sure to have ready, your username (member ID), password, mailing address and credit card information your account is billed to.
